Coming from highway 44, you will be turning off onto exit number 195, which is also called highway 68. Turn south, towards St. James. Follow this road until you cross the railroad tracks. E. Washington will be on your left! Phelps County Bank will be on the corner. Ellis Chiropractic Clinic will be on the left hand side at the end of the building past the bank.
